📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales and marketing strategies for the Ubud region,Oversee the performance of sales and marketing teams, including setting goals and providing coaching and support,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the region,Monitor market trends and competition, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the curve,Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities in the region,Collaborate with the national sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide strategies,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of success in a similar role,Proven experience in managing and developing sales and marketing teams,Strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry, with a focus on Bali,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor market trends and develop effective strategies,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
