📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall store performance goals.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
