As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various non-technical aspects of our operations, including logistics, safety, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operational activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the concession site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to manage the transportation of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
• Manage administrative tasks, including document control, procurement, and inventory management.
• Provide support to the technical team by assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies, including waste management and pollution control.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mining or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in managing non-technical operations in a remote or challenging environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, with a valid safety certification (e.g., OSH, HSE) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
