📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase enrollment numbers.,Identify and prospect new leads through various channels including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.,Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.,Conduct admissions interviews and assessments to evaluate student suitability for our programs.,Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student experience.,Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in culinary education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or a related field in the education sector.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Passion for culinary arts and commitment to student success.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
