📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize delivery routes using Google Maps API and Route4Me.
Analyze and interpret logistics data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the operations team to implement route optimization strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to route efficiency and delivery times.
Provide training and support to the field teams on route planning and optimization techniques.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and route optimization.
Conduct regular reviews of route plans to ensure they meet operational goals.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in route planning and logistics administration.
Proficient in using Google Maps API and Route4Me for route optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
