Berkah Umar Bakery is looking for a dedicated Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including but not limited to, setting up the venue, arranging catering, and managing guest lists.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plan and timeline.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the preparation and setup of the banquet venue, including decorating, arranging seating, and setting up equipment.,Help with the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event, ensuring that everything is served on time and to the highest standards.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of the banquet venue after the event, ensuring that everything is returned to its original state.,Keep accurate records of all events, including guest lists, catering orders, and any other relevant information.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in banquet and event planning, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create a visually appealing and comfortable environment for guests.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the events schedule.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, and proficiency in English is a plus.
