📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Perform basic patient assessments and maintain accurate patient records.,Assist in preparing and maintaining the patient care area, including changing linens, cleaning equipment, and sterilizing instruments.,Support the nursing team in implementing infection control measures and maintaining a safe and clean environment.,Assist in patient transportation and mobility, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, or other equipment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Completion of a nursing assistant or certified nursing assistant (CNA) program.,Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (SAN) or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.,Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
