Sentosa Mining is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Duren Sawit, Jakarta Raya. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch and ensuring the smooth running of our mining activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including mining, logistics, and administrative tasks.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they are productive and motivated.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the branch.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of business.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including financial and operational metrics.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mining Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of mining operations, logistics, and business management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
