📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil and interior construction projects using software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and budget constraints.
• Review and approve project plans, ensuring they are feasible and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or costs.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports on project costs and progress to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cost estimation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant estimation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
