📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our databases
• Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies and sales campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align data insights with business objectives
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner
• Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and techniques
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing context
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms
• Certification in Google Data Analytics or similar programs is a plus
