📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production and logistics departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of business operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
