📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the budgeting process by analyzing financial data and providing insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including invoicing and payment processing.
• Lead a team of Finance Staff, overseeing their work and providing guidance and mentorship.
• Participate in financial planning and analysis, contributing to the company's strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
