📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
