📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to enhance our menu.,Ensure all pastries are of the highest quality and meet our customers' expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are well-stocked and used efficiently.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for baking.
