📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes
  • Ensuring food quality and safety
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Following health and safety regulations
  • Participating in kitchen meetings and planning
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Fluency in English is a plus
