📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Conduct training needs analysis,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Assist in the development of training budgets,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training goals are met,Maintain training records and reports,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with training software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks,Excellent organizational and time management skills
