📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse improvement initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
