📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and order fulfillment.,Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, adhering to safety and quality standards.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and adherence to company policies.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the procurement team to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
