📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for drivers.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues related to the fleet.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver performance.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Promote a positive and safe working environment for all drivers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Valid SIM A license and a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient driving environment.
