PT Kartika Mitra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure internal controls are in place.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and providing financial leadership.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
