Berjaya Finance is looking for a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient use of company vehicles.,Maintain and service company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Monitor and report on vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional service.,Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including traffic laws and vehicle safety standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Provide training and support to new drivers, ensuring they are up to date with company procedures and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of route planning and navigation software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
