Silver Tech Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in sales activities, including promotions, discounts, and special offers.,Monitor store performance, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.,Generate and maintain reports on store performance and sales.,Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
