📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and budgets effectively.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
