📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of sales activities, including but not limited to, data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, orders, and shipments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative documents.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely and accurate information.,Assist in the organization and management of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the management of the company's inventory and procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
