Sysgen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our team on a remote basis from Bali. As a Senior Financial Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to support our business decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, as well as identifying trends and patterns in financial data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance.
  • Identify trends and patterns in financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial data analysis.
  • Mentor and train junior financial analysts as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
