This is a full-time position based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. The salary range for this position is IDR 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our property developments.
  • Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote our brand and products.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing and sales.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing and sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the local and international real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
