📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage professional associations to source candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
