Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing training, guidance, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
