📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes, including picking, packing, and storage.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and logistics operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
