📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to identify cost implications
• Gather and evaluate material and labor data from suppliers and contractors
• Create detailed cost breakdowns and financial reports for project stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project managers
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction estimating
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of estimating methodologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations
• Certification in Construction Estimating (preferred)
