HR Coordinator - Bali (Field Operations & Compliance)

H-Ostel Kuta Bali is seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This role is a unique blend of 80% field-based operations and strategic HR administration, offering a chance to be at the heart of Bali’s vibrant hospitality scene. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting our field teams with HR solutions.

In this role, you’ll spend the majority of your time in the field, working closely with our frontline staff and managers to address HR needs, from onboarding to offboarding. You’ll also be involved in strategic HR projects, such as policy development and employee engagement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
• Conduct regular check-ins with field staff to address concerns and support their well-being.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Support recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
