📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Leverage various HR tools and software, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems, to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
• Conduct job analyses and create detailed job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.
• Source and screen potential candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels and methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.
• Excellent knowledge of HR tools and software, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
