📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assisting the bar manager with daily operations, including opening and closing the bar.
• Preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring a high standard of quality and presentation.
• Stocking and managing inventory, including alcohol and other bar supplies.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
• Working with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the bar and kitchen.
• Cleaning and maintaining the bar area, including counters, glasses, and equipment.
• Assisting with special events and promotions, such as live music nights and themed parties.
• Following all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of alcohol and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including glasses and equipment.
