Customs Clearance Specialist - Logistics & Compliance

Joymax Global Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customs Clearance Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth and compliant import/export operations. As a Customs Clearance Specialist, you will work closely with our global partners, managing all aspects of customs clearance, including documentation, compliance, and risk mitigation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customs clearance process, from initial documentation to final release. You will work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, to ensure compliance with local and international regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, as well as experience with customs clearance software such as SAP Customs Management, or similar systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire customs clearance process, including documentation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and compliant import/export operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international customs regulations.
• Utilize customs clearance software such as SAP Customs Management, or similar systems.
• Monitor and analyze customs clearance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs clearance procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs clearance activities.
• Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in the logistics or import/export industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Experience with customs clearance software such as SAP Customs Management, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
