📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the injection molding production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of production technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Develop and maintain detailed production reports and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding production management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in using production management software such as SAP, MES, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies, such as ISO 9001.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
