As a Motorcycle Branch Mechanic, you'll be the backbone of our service operations, performing comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of motorcycles. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and software, including Motorcycle Service Information System (MSIS) and ServiceMaster, to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on motorcycles using MSIS and ServiceMaster.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
• Maintain and organize workshop tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure all repairs meet quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest motorcycle maintenance techniques and industry trends.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics.
• Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic or in a related field.
• Certification in motorcycle maintenance and repair (e.g., Motorcycle Service Excellence (MSE) or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using MSIS and ServiceMaster.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with local motorcycle brands and models in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and motorcycle experience.
