In this role, you will manage daily operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that our fleet of electric vehicles operates efficiently. You will work closely with our team to maintain high standards of service and safety, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of our sustainable mobility solutions.
• Manage and coordinate with a team of 10-15 operational staff.
• Monitor and maintain our fleet of electric vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software, such as Geotab or Fleet Complete.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
