📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist baristas in preparing and serving specialty coffee and traditional Nanyang kopi.
• Prepare and serve light snacks and meals to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment.
• Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Assist in the daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
