📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster meaningful connections between Island Connect Digital and its audience.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Organize and execute impactful events and workshops to engage our local community and promote our brand.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses to expand our reach and impact.
• Monitor and analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve our community management efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align community engagement initiatives with our overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community management and digital marketing.
• Represent Island Connect Digital at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand presence in Bangka Belitung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully building and growing online communities, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using community management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• Passion for the digital landscape and a commitment to driving positive change in the communities we serve.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
