In this pivotal role, you will oversee the implementation of best practices, conduct regular audits, and ensure that all activities in Luwu, South Sulawesi, align with international and local regulations.

As a Good Mining Practice Compliance Manager at Masmindo Dwi Area, you will work closely with our team to develop and enforce policies that promote responsible mining. Your daily tasks will include monitoring compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, conducting training sessions for staff, and collaborating with regulatory bodies to maintain our license.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement Good Mining Practice (GMP) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with mining regulations.
Monitor environmental impact assessments and ensure adherence to sustainability standards.
Train and educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to maintain and renew mining licenses.
Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance status and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure all mining activities comply with local and international environmental laws.
Manage and mitigate risks associated with mining operations to prevent legal and environmental issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
Certification in Good Mining Practice (GMP) or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, IFC Performance Standards).
Proficient in using compliance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to travel frequently to mining sites and regulatory offices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance issues effectively.
