In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our network of Business Agents (BA) and ensuring the success of our automotive financing products. As a Marketing Agent Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential Business Agents, providing them with comprehensive training, and supporting their growth and development. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our BA network is well-equipped to drive sales and achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new Business Agents (BA) for our automotive financing products.
• Provide BA with comprehensive training on our products, services, and sales techniques.
• Monitor BA performance and provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that BA are well-equipped to drive sales.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain BA.
• Analyze BA performance data and provide insights to improve our BA network.
• Maintain accurate records of BA activities and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive financing and BA management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to meet with potential BA and clients.
