Alderon Pratama Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Specifier & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us deliver high-quality construction materials to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and understand the needs of clients in the architecture and construction industry.,Specify and recommend suitable construction materials based on project requirements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the construction materials industry.,Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and reports to clients.,Participate in sales meetings and negotiations to secure contracts and orders.,Provide technical support and advice to clients on the use and application of construction materials.,Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or project specification in the construction materials industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of construction materials, their properties, and applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the architecture and construction industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
